1. Services Provided
JF Handyman Solutions provides residential lawn care services and general handyman services as described on its website and marketing materials.
The standard monthly subscription includes:
Two (2) lawn care visits per month (approximately every 15 days).
Front and backyard lawn mowing.
Additional handyman services (repairs, installations, maintenance, etc.) are not included in the subscription and must be quoted and approved separately.
2. Scheduling & Property Access
Customers must provide accurate service address and ensure safe access to the property during scheduled service times. This includes unlocked gates, secured pets, and clear work areas.
If access is not available or conditions are unsafe, the visit may be counted as completed.
3. Weather & Service Adjustments
Service may be rescheduled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The company will coordinate a new service date with the customer when necessary.
4. Subscription Billing & Payments
The $47 USD promotional price applies exclusively to new customers for the first three (3) months. Beginning on month four, the subscription automatically renews at the regular price of $97 USD per month until canceled.
The $120 USD one-time service is a single payment for two visits within the same month and does not renew automatically.
5. Cancellations
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.
To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.
No partial refunds are provided.
6. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except in cases where service was not provided due to company fault or as required by applicable law.
7. Property Conditions & Pricing Adjustments
The subscription price applies to most standard residential properties. Properties with unusually large lot sizes, steep terrain, excessive debris, or special requirements may require a revised pricing agreement prior to service.
8. Damage & Liability
The company is not responsible for damage caused by hidden or pre-existing conditions including but not limited to underground sprinklers, hidden rocks, fragile landscaping elements, unmarked cables, or structural issues.
Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the most recent billing period, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Safety
The customer agrees to maintain a safe environment for service personnel including proper pet control and removal of hazardous obstacles.
10. Communication
Customers agree that the company may communicate via phone, text message, WhatsApp, or email for scheduling, billing, and service updates.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [TAMPA], United States.
